All bills included in the rent, water, gas, council tax, electric and broadband and wifi. Large double Rooms also have small fridge, chest of draws and a wardrobe. The £750 per month doubles do not have a fridge. We just bought a brand new frost free fridge which has ample space and four separate compartments.
The other three occupants are female. Couples will not be considered.
Travelcard zone 2, great link to transport, local shops & superstores. Westferry Station is a mere 4 minutes walk.
Newish appliances bought 8 months ago, new cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster washing machine, dryer, iron board, iron, pots, pans utensils & cutlery. New fridge/freezer arriving on the 15/09/2019
There is a TV with google Chromecast so you can project your phone onto the TV ideal for when trying out recipes from YouTube
New bathroom / shower & toilet. Plus separate new toilet & wash basin.
Video door entry system & 24 hour CCTV security.
