Bus stop at 3 mins walk to Elephant ad Castle, Brixton, Balham, Mitcham, Stockwell and central London.
Nice and quiet residential area, with all the amenities of Clapham, 5 minutes walk to the lovely shops and pubs of Abbeville road.
We really like this part of Clapham, we often enjoy the nice walk to the park, perfect in spring and summer to run or just relax!

The house is a brilliant size, modern and well kept, with its own entrance, two floors and a spacious private garden. At the first floor we have a recently fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, drier and washing machine) and a big living room to share. Upstairs there are the bathroom with showertub, a separate toilet and the three rooms.
The room available is the biggest one, spacious and bright, with ample storage space, a modern wardrobe and king size bed.

We are two young professionals, clean, friendly and hard-working. We work for the NHS and we do shifts, so we are looking for someone tidy,, happy to socialize and be considerate of others.
Couples welcome for the same rent price!!
