Double room in architect-designed house. Available now, we're looking for a female lodger. 
Beautiful (small) double room on 1st floor overlooking garden, in our recently refurbished Victorian terraced house. 
My parents live downstairs in the house on the ground floor, with their own bedroom, bathroom, living/kitchen, office, it's their own flat.

And we (me 24, sister 22, brother 17) and you, will live in the upstairs floors, where we have our own bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/diner/living room, laundry and amenities. Our small dog moves across all floors in the house. We want a female lodger (20-35) for the upstairs floors & flat, plus it'll be a bit like living with a family too, yet you'll have lots of your own space.

Engineered oak floorboards throughout house, modern glass panelled bay window with built in desk in your (small double) bedroom, small double (4ft) bed and wood furniture. You'll have 80% sole use of a bathroom (as we use the other bathroom). On second floor is the double-height loft-style ceilinged kitchen/living room with roof windows, you'll have 50% use of this to yourself, there's a separate laundry room, all amenities.

Area - we're in Dartmouth Park, 2 mins walk to Tufnell Pk Tube, 10 mins walk to Gospel Oak overground, 8 mins walk to Hampstead Heath, lots of nice pubs, cafe, restaurants and local shops round the corner.
Looking for - female professional or student, could be 5 days a week or 7, who is comfortable both being independent/quiet and socialising with our family members
