The house is in a great location, with Balham tube and train station (northern line & overland) at the end of the road i.e. 2 minute walk away. Close to green, open spaces with Wandsworth, Clapham & Tooting Commons taking only 5 minutes (or less!) to run to. There are plenty of cafes, bars, pubs & restaurants only a few minutes walk away on Balham High Road and trendy cafes, craft ale hangouts and local independent shops on nearby Hildreth Street.

The rooms have double beds and wardrobes, and are both nice and quiet as they are overlooking the garden at the back of the house. 

The house itself is a lovely Victorian 3 bedroom house, set over two floors with extra storage available in the large loft, under the stairs and in the two garden sheds.

There is a spacious lounge with leather sofas, 42 inch plasma screen TV, glass coffee table, fireplace and wooden floors.
