Situated on a quiet residential road on the borders of Forest Hill and Catford, it is one minute's walk from the 181 and 202 bus routes. It has excellent connections into central London. Trains serving London Bridge, Blackfriars, St Pancras International, Charing Cross, Waterloo East and Cannon Street are all within 15 minutes' walk (or even quicker by bus).

The house is one minute from a local convenience store and 10 minutes walk to a large supermarket, with excellent access to the South Circular road. There is a charming park 5-7 minutes away that runs along the Pool River with the Waterlink Way path providing traffic free cycling or walking towards Ladywell.

The house has gas central heating and double-glazing and rooms are offered unfurnished or optionally with a bed if you prefer.
