We are looking for someone who wants a comfortable room in a central location with two busy but friendly housemates. Available from 21st December 2019.

We are one professional and one student (age 25, male American; age 30s male Australian) looking to replace our female flatmate. ( male or female, no preference)

Mature student or working professional doesn’t really matter to us as long as you’re friendly, conversational and easy going.

Both of us work long hours during the week but are up for going for brunch or drinks at the weekend. This is a lovely, quiet and bright flat split over the top 2 levels of a 5 storey house. The room available is a bright double bedroom on the top floor. Bathroom is only shared with one person.

The apartment has big sash windows making it very light and secondary glazing so it’s quiet and warm. It was renovated recently and has wooden floors throughout. We have a large kitchen / dining / living room which is a great communal space. There is a washing machine and dryer, as well as all other essential kitchen appliances. Transport links are great – 10 minutes’ walk to Kings Cross + St Pancras stations, close to the West End, Bloomsbury, Angel, Holborn. Lots of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets nearby as well as Granary Square / Regents Canal.
