Room in a Shared House, Bush Road, IG9

Ensuite room with a view in the loft of Buckhurst Hill IG9 6ER. You will share with me only most of the time, as my husband will work in Europe soon. So the house will be quite spacious as there will not be many people around. I am a lecturer at SOAS - University of London and I like to do gardening or watch films when I am not at work.

The price of the room is £600 (fully furnished) plus bills £50 (for gas, electricity, council tax, broadband). Couples are welcome with extra fees. The room will be available in September (flexible). There is an off street parking, and you can use our laser printer, washer, dryer. You will have a separate fridge as well (we just have to share the freezer). The kitchen is undergoing a renovation at the moment so I can only send you photo of our old kitchen. But at the end of August, we will have a brand new kitchen with a dishwasher and a Rangemaster cooker.

I have a well-behaved bullmastiff dog. You are welcome to bring your dog as well, as my dog is very friendly.
