I am looking for clean and respectable people (students with a guarantor or young professionals) to share this wonderful space.

I can only accept 1 couple per flat share and they'll be a £50 additional  per month for that couple.

£20 referencing fee applies to all potential flat mates.

The property is located within a short 10-12 minute walk to either Tulse Hill, West Norwood or Streatham Hill train stations. The stations provide quick and easy access to central London or Surrey areas and connecting transportation links. There is also ample bus routes available within minutes walk of the property.
