I am self-employed guy, who is extremely busy sometime I do work on Sundays. I like to live in peace and harmony, I simply like to rest or DIY around the house or go to the gym and occasionally I will attend a family function.
I also keep a tidy house which is important to me, and like a quiet environment.
I am looking for someone, who works full time, or maybe studying and working and equally appreciates a clean, modern, peaceful, balanced and serene home.
Occasionally, I don’t mind having a chat about life in general, and I'm the kind of person who will always greet someone through passing on a day-to-day basis. I believe it is important to ensure that whoever I live with is okay, and they feel able to approach me no matter what, as well as appreciating their own space.

In the house i have 2 rooms for rent first is a small room(£680pcm) and second one is medium sized room(£750) which are both available to rent. 

The house is 7 to10 minutes walk to Beckenham Hill train station,the house is located on the main road opposite a buses.  (Number Removed)
