What's on offer:
The room is a large double, with en suite bathroom. It has wooden floors, and was freshly decorated in the last few years. It's on the second floor, and has windows onto the back garden. Due to licensing limitations, we cannot accept a couple.
On the lower ground floor is the kitchen. We have plenty of storage cupboards, and two of every appliance, so you won't need to fight over space. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and flow into the garden.
The kitchen is connected to the living room. It's genuinely a great space, with big windows onto the garden. The garden is paved, with a pond, fountain, and fish.
There are eleven people in the house, two of whom have an en suite. There are three communal bathrooms, and a separate W/C, so that leaves less than three people to each bathroom. The shared bathrooms are all good sizes, with granite tiles and plenty of mirrors.
There is wifi throughout the house, and wired connections in the rooms.

Out and about:
A number of buses on Brixton Road and Camberwell New Road will whiz you to the underground station at Brixton (Victoria Line) and the Oval (Northern Line) or take one directly into the West End (a 15-20 minutes trip). If you work in the city, a five minutes walk to Loughborough Junction station takes you to Blackfriars in less than 10 minutes, with Farringdon and St Pancras few minutes further on.
There are shops too within easy walking distance. Local pubs are The Sun in Camberwell, and The Crown and Anchor, which stocks a wide variety of Craft and Belgian beers. Brixton has a bustling high street, plus Brixton Village covered market, and the Ritzy cinema. Myatts Fields is two minutes away. It's a gorgeous Victorian park (google it) with tennis courts, restored band stand, and nature reserve.
