I am a private landlord and I am looking for individual couples or single tenants to rent a room in my lovely newly refurbished house.  6 large double rooms each furnished with a faux leather bed with a brand new quality mattress and a lovely large sliding wardrobes.  2 rooms have been taken by two young trainee chefs and so only four available (2 large double and one extra large double and a big loft room with its own en-suite).  Rent is negotiable but I am asking for: 

• £975 for the en-suite room
• £850 for each of the large double room 
• £925 for the extra large room.
