I am offering a spacious and well decorated double bedroom in my comfortable and charming house near Blackheath village.

The room is offered partially furnished with a chest of drawers, coffee table, lamp and flat screen telly, however I can also provide a bed and mattress if you so require.

You will have your own toilet however the shower room is shared. I live on my own so it will be just the two of us sharing the facilities.

This is an exceptionally quiet and safe residential area. It would suit a professional person looking for a quiet, comfortable and convenient base in London.

The house is on a green and leafy residential street, just 3 min from the heath and 10 min walk to Greenwich park, there is a good selection of bars, pubs and restaurants nearby in Blackheath Village.

Nearest station is Blackheath (8 min walk) with trains running every 10 mins, easy and quick access to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross and Canary Wharf.

All bills and broadband included.
Street parking permit can be applied (additional cost payable directly to the council)

A bit about me.....I am easy going, sociable and considerate professional female. I work in the city and most of my evenings are quietly spent at home in front of the telly or with my kindle. I enjoy doing a bit of cooking however entertaining is mostly reserved for the weekends.
The house is kept very clean and tidy at all times for your enjoyment (and mine).

My day starts early so hopefully the bathroom and kitchen will be all yours in the morning!
The kitchen is fully equipped if you are into cooking. I shall respect your space, however if you want to join me in an occasional glass of wine in the evening you are more than welcome.
