Hello!

Unfortunately two of our housemates are moving abroad to work from home there :-( so... we have two great value (£605 each) double rooms going in a homely, sociable house! 

Rooms available from the end of June/start of July. 

We are Charlotte and David. Charlotte is a primary school teacher and David is a lawyer. We're clean, sociable and enjoy using the communal spaces to catch up, quiz, watch tv series and have a glass of wine in the evenings!
The house has two reception rooms (a kitchen with dining table and a living room). Currently with an Alexa and TV!

We have a downstairs loo and shower and another bathroom upstairs (with shower and bath).

We have a great communicative landlord (with no agency involved).

We have room for bikes in the garden and there is on-street parking.

Bills are not included and water/gas/elec/council tax/internet total together around £80/month.

- two fridges, one freezer (with four shelves);
- microwave

- washing machine
- tumble dryer- between us we have plenty of kitchen utensils, but plenty of space for more!
- leads out onto patio where we have outside seating and a table.
