o   Proof of employment/earnings – e.g. payslips from last 3 month, letter from employer confirming employment and salary &contract length, employment contract, tax return;

o   References – a letter (stating that paymentwas timely and that you are a trustworthy tenant) or contact details ofprevious landlord (or parents if no previous landlord);
