The second room in my 2 bed flat in Kings Cross is going to be free as my flatmate is moving in with his partner. The flat is located in 2 Wollstonecraft Street in Coal Drops Yard.

It is truly amazing flat. Modern and spacious in an amazing area 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station. Coal Drops Yard and the Canal are literally a few meters away. The building is rent controlled so about 25% off market rate. Rent is £900 per month (1070 approx after all bills including wifi). Ridiculously cheap for zone 1! Also the move in date could be flexible for the right person.

About me. I am a 30 year old actor / writer. I adore films and frequently go to the Everyman which is literally on the corner of the building (incredible I know!) Work wise I tend to work from home half the week and then the other half in BAFTA. On the weekends I usually walk along the canal. Camden Market is only 10 minutes walk away which is brilliant in many ways but also terrible for your bank account. 😬

I’m quite sociable so would love a flatmate who might want a bit of community in the flat, watching films together or cooking a meal once in a while etc. Ideally looking for someone who is in the theatre / film / arts world but honestly very open to whatever. If you are an actor and want to team up to do self tapes even better!

P. S. If you check google street view you may see scaffolding over the building. Fortunately this has now been fully removed and the work is complete. :)
