Room in a Shared Flat, Windus Road, N16

if you're reading this I hope you'll become our new flatmate and friend. You will live with 2 professionals (26 man and 30yo woman) + a ginger cat (1yo) looking for another legend to be part of our beautiful, luminous flat in Stokey. Both of us are creative, very open minded and most importantly we are respectful of each others space. We are looking for someone likeminded and drama free.  

Our 3 bed flat is on the first floor of a fairly new building, wooden floored, clean, spacious, newly refurbished by us and very well located (1 minute to Stoke Newington Overground station, 10 minutes ride to Seven Sisters / Finsbury Park). Close to the best local pubs/restaurants and parks (Clissold Park is 8 minutes walk) that North London has to offer. 
Unfortunately we won't accept couples enquiries. 

The monthly rent is £733 bills excluded (£820 all in: council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband).

The double bedroom features 2 built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawer, plenty of shelf storage, a wooden Ikea bed frame and 2 windows. It will be available from the 8th of July but we are flexible, it could be some time before that. Please get in touch if interested :)
