Sharing with one other tenant (male, 36yo, works 5 days a week at an office), the flat comes with a spacious double bedroom complete with double bed (optional) and large wardrobe. Tenant will also have a large private bathroom (not en-suite) with a shower/bath and ample storage.

The living/kitchen area is open plan and completely furnished with a nice sofa, an armchair, dining table and TV. The kitchen has a lot of surface space and plenty of storage. The room has excellent natural light coming in through large full length windows, and also a balcony which actually has great views of Canary Wharf (flat is situated on the 5th floor). 

The flat is in a really good condition and is very close to Roman Road which has excellent cafes, fruit/veg shops and other amenities. Lots of pubs within walking distance and there is a big Tesco and a gym right by the building. Also very close to Victoria Park and can easily access central London through various bus/tube routes (Nearest stations are Bow Road, Bow Church DLR and Mile End).

Bills are not included, but roughly work out as around £135 per tenant (covering heating, electricity, water, council tax band D and broadband) plus an optional bi-weekly cleaning service if required (additional £60 per month).
