Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine. Good-sized bathroom with decent water pressure.

Bills approximately £80 per month (slightly higher in winter), but hot water is included in rent.

Would suit an easy-going professional. We have a great landlord, very reliable and responsive with her own helpful handyman and gardener.
