As the current couple are leaving before rent payday on the 10th March, the availability of the room is immediate. So availability for viewing and for a deposit to be placed is immediate. This also means that you must be able to pay the rent in March as well as place the deposit.

The rent and bills are split equally amongst all tenants which is why the description states £825pm (£412.50per person) so in order to keep the rent and bills affordable for current tenants, we are looking for a couple. A single person who can afford to pay £825 per month will also be considered.

The couple who are moving out has a cat but once they leave, the cat should hopefully be gone too.

The most unique thing about this flat is the convenience of having transportation and shops almost literally at your doorstep as well as being a 10 minute walk to Middlesex University; making this a perfect location for students or professionals with a busy schedule.

This room is in a small but cosy, quiet flat situated directly opposite Hendon Central station and a Tesco express.

The room itself has ample space with a double bed and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate toilet room.

We also have a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen.

Everyone here is quiet and not party animals in the flat so we have a preference for people who will keep the environment as is.

When it comes to the cleanliness of the communal areas, we have a weekly rota to take turns every weekend so we prefer people who will be happy to share the responsibility.

Occasionally will treat you and the rest of the flatmates with baked goods.

Has BT wifi installed. Internet will be paid £16 per month by new tenant/s, however, our BT contract is about to end in a couple of months so this is subject to change if switching provider is preferable.

All other Bills (including council tax) estimate to be £135 per month although this may slightly vary as new quotas need to be established as current quotas are in the name of the tenants who are moving out.
