Hi, 
I have a very spacious room to rent. The room is fully furnished as you can see from the photos. Double bed, sofa , chair , wardrobe etc. 
you are going to share with one professional lady who works for an university and one professional guy working in a bank . 
The bathroom is only for you and the lady as the other guy has his En- suite bathroom. 
It is just a simply flat with a very convenient transportation - Wimbledon main station and south Wimbledon station. 
The flat is on Wimbledon high street so it is very convenient to go to any shop and restaurant, 5 super markets ( Tesco, morrisons, Sainsbury's, Waitrose , coop ) 10 minutes access them all , shopping mall, boutiques ......3 main gyms ( one is just opposite the flat ), Wimbledon leisure centre 3 minutes walk, Nuffield health 5 minutes walk .......     . 
800 pounds per calendar month including all bills. One month rent and one month deposit . 
It is a clean and tidy flat and the kitchen is a bit small for party. No living room for TV . But you have your own living room inside your room. It is actually a bedsit .
Super convenient access to central London !!! District Line takes 20 minutes direct to Earl's court , Notting Hill , Edgware road and Paddington 
Waterloo to city Line allow you take train from Wimbledon to Waterloo in 20 minutes direct and to BANK in 5 minutes all super convenient. CLAMPHAN JUNCTION, VAUXHALL IS ONLY 10 MINUTES DIRECT TRAIN 
SOUTH Wimbledon station is 10 minutes walk from the flat where you can take NORTHERN LINE  direct to LONDON BRIDGE, Moorgate , Bank , Kings cross and St Pancras 
All buses to the local areas and easy access to the motor way if you would like to drive out of London to countryside during  weekends 

The ideal flat mate should be a mature and reliable professional who need a place where he/ she  can rest and relaxed after work . 
Your flat mates are mature professionals ( late 30's and early 40's ) , we respect each other and very friendly. Never lack of  a good  laughter here as long as you have Russel ( my flat mate) here.
