the flat is the top two floors of a victorian house.
It is 3 minuets from Ladywell station, a 15 minute walk to Lewisham station, and 16 minutes to Brockley station by bus which stops outside. The flat is 4 minutes away from two different parks both with nice cafes.
The kitchen has just been redone and now has a dishwasher! There is also a fridge and a freezer. the the toilet is separate to the bathroom which is handy.
I am looking for someone who is tidy and considerate and does not mind dogs. I do not have a dog but some times my mums dog has to stay with me.
