Short Lets considered as follows:

Up to 1 month - add £300 to the advertised price. Minimum we charge is 1 month stay. If you want to stay 3 weeks, it will still cost 1 month plus £300 short let fee. Payment in full is required before move-in.

From 1-3 Months - add £200 to the advertised price. 

Couples considered for an additional £200 per month.

No more than 2 people in the room.

References required for stays more than 3 months. For stays less than 3 months, full payment will be required for the stay.

DSS not accepted.

Damage Deposit required is 4 weeks and will be registered at the DPS.

To reserve the property you will need to pay 1 week non-refundable holding deposit via bank transfer or credit/debit card. We can also take payments at the viewing if you wish to reserve the property on the spot. The assistant can take the payment over the phone. Payment in full is required before move-in date.
