Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at a lovely shared flat in Southfields. It’s a spacious 3BHK flat with 2 baths and many windows providing great ventilation and ample natural light. Two other tenants are living here and the common areas include two baths, a reception room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The Kitchen has all the necessary amenities including a gas stove, microwave, oven & grill, refrigerator, toaster, and dishwasher. The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, side table, chest of drawers, and cupboard. It’s a fantastic location in Southfields, and walkable/very close to either bus or tube stations. The locality is quite residential and peaceful with the Wimbledon park just 10 minutes walk away. The bills are not included in the rent.

Tube station: 7 minutes walk away (takes you directly to central in 25-30 mins via district line)
