Room in a Shared Flat, Tunnel Avenue, SE10

This fantastic double room is part of a 2 bedroom flat (ground floor) in East Greenwich. It is really well connected, being only 2 bus stops (15 min walk) to North Greenwich (Jubilee Line) or 7 min bus ride (20 min walk) to Cutty Sark DLR.
Unfortunately my flatmate is having to leave, so I am looking for a someone to replace her.
There is 1 bathroom, a spacious living room, kitchen with a washing machine, back yard with BBQ and patio area, and also a parking space which comes with the property - that I do not use.
The price is INCLUSIVE of the bills.
I am looking for someone tidy, and social as I like to cook, therefore host dinner parties at home, and whoever joins, would be more than welcome to join.
I am Canadian/Maltese and work shift work in Canary Wharf, so during the week, we'd pretty much miss each other (unless you work the same sort of shifts).
