We are a family with a nice toddler. We have a double room to rent in our flat in Wanstead.
The flat is in a quiet area surrounded by a lot of green very close to Snaresbrook Station (literally a few minutes walk). Parking is available around the building. There is a big communal garden, usually very lively in the summertime.
The area is well connected with buses and two tube stations (Central line). Snaresbrook station at less than 5 minutes walk and Wanstead station at about 10 minutes.
Wanstead Village and its lively community are very welcoming. The area is quiet and safe and has plenty of amenities. Local shops, restaurants and cafes, pubs, GP, and pharmacies are just a few steps away from the flat. For lovers of nature, this will be the perfect spot with its parks and the Epping Forest nearby.
All bills and internet are included.
Ideally, we are looking for someone quiet (preferably a professional) who doesn't mind having a child around, cleaning up after themself, and not being too noisy at night-time.
No smokers.
No parties are allowed.
