Available for rent is a double room in Zone 1 London. The room is in a two-bedroom flat. You would be replacing me in the contract with a pre-existing housemate. The housemate is friendly and sociable.

The apartment is located near London Bridge Station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the building. It's also a 15-minute walk to Bermondsey Station.

The flat has one shared bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a living room. A washing machine is also available in the flat.

- The flat would cost £1150 per month, not including bills.
- A refundable deposit of one month's rent.
- The bills cost around £100
- You would need to sign a contract with the letting agent since you would be replacing me.
- The letting agent would require a basic background check and references.
- The room would be available from February 1st until July 19th.
- The landlord doesn't accept benefits.

You would be sharing the flat with a female. She's 22 and from California originally, but went to uni at King's & now work in london as a data analyst. She's WFH most of the time, but sometimes go into the office or travel for work. She would describe herself as professional, but creative and chill. She spend most of her time working on her 'main' job, but also own a small handmade jewelry business on the side.

She likes to keep both my own space and communal areas in the flat clean and tidy to a reasonable extent, but 100% understand that life gets in the way sometimes & there will be times when this may falter.
