A lovely big & sunny bedroom available in Poplar from the 1st May

You’d be living with me, Faye 25, and I work in finance in Canary Wharf (I usually walk when it's good weather because it's 20-25 min!).

The flat has a few transport option!!
5-10 minute walk from Langdon Park and East India (DLR)
15 min from Canning Town (Jubilee and DLR)
15 min from Bromley-By-Bow (Hammersmith and District Line)
Bus options: 309, D8

We have a Sainsbury's Local 2 min alway. Also there is a massive Morrisons and Tian Tian in Canning town

The flat is recently refurbished, modern, clean and well-kept. The room is mostly furnished. The living room is also fully furnished but if you have a sofa you want to bring we can replace the sofa! (the TV is unfortunately also not mine). But we do have a separate washer/dryer room and a dishwasher!

We also have a little sunny balcony off one of the bedrooms for sitting out to eat and sunbathing

We have a clean and tidy household and would expect the same from the new housemate.

Our landlord is lovely, professional, and responds to issues quickly. The new housemate would need to pass the tenant checks, so be employed/ have the right to rent in the UK.

The room is £1150 per month and bills come to around £100-150 per month.

We’re looking for a professional/ masters student age 23 and above to move in.
