I’m looking for a housemate to share my lovely 2 bed flat in Nunhead. The room is available from early November. If you're interested drop me a message with a bit about yourself. I'm 34 so probably looking for someone around the same age, but will depend more on the person.

It’s a furnished, spacious apartment in a secure private gated development. The room is a large double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. There’s a large modern bathroom with a heated towel rail and bath, large kitchen, bright living-room with a separate balcony including outside seating and a large built-in cupboard with lots storage space in the hallway.

The flat is a few minutes from Nunhead station, just off Nunhead high street. If you don’t already know Nunhead, it’s brilliant! There’s a range of independent shops and restaurants (400 Rabbits, The Habit, The Beer Shop, and the Old Nun's Head) and Peckham and the rye are only 10 minutes away.

Nearest train stations are Nunhead (5 mins walk, goes to Victoria, Blackfriars and St Pancras) and Queens Road Peckham (10 min walk, goes to London Bridge, Shoreditch High Street and Clapham Junction).
