Hey there!

I'm looking to find a replacement for myself in my current flat as I'm moving in with my partner in early June. The room is a very spacious double with double bed and loads of wardrobe and storage space.

- Desk is NOT included but there's more than enough space to fit a good sized desk or table in with plenty of room to spare.
- Living room is absolutely huge and has a very high ceiling making the space feel even bigger.
- Balcony access from living room.
- You'll be sharing the main bathroom with one other flatmate, the third flatmate has an ensuite.
- Rent is £800pm without bills.
- Deposit is £900
- Bills come to roughly £85 per person, but with summer around the corner this should go down during the warmer months.
- Current Flatmates are 2 Girls, working in PR and Medicine (both very friendly and tidy!)

Transport
- Great transport links from the flat
- Forest Hill for Overground and Main-line trains (10 min walk)
- 185,176,197 buses regularly leave right outside the building
- 10 min bus to East Dulwich Station

Tenancy
- Current tenancy runs until 30th June 2025

Looking to do viewings this Saturday & Saturday (4th & 5th May), but happy to organise online viewings if needed. Property is managed by Foxtons so will organise process with them directly once the room is taken.
