Room in a Shared Flat, Stockwell, SW8

A short term let of a beautiful and bright double bedroom (£190 per week). There is a TV in there, a built in wardrobe and a table and chair. You will be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom with the landlady.

Short term let for a month or two, on a weekly basis, and flexible with dates. Please note that the deposit is £650 regardless of the duration of stay. This arrangement would most likely suit someone who is moving to London for a new job and hasn't found permanent accommodation or who is in between accommodations etc. The living room is there to be shared. Landlady is sociable, enjoys a glass of wine, good food and Sky cinema so if you feel sociable, please join. If not, the room is quite self-sufficient with a telly and a kettle and you are always welcome to dabble and cook in the kitchen.

The flat is located within walking distance of Stockwell (Victoria and Northern Line) and Oval (Northern Line only) tube stations and right next to the beautiful Albert Square. The fantastic transport links will take you into both the City and West End within 10 minutes (Victoria Line from Stockwell to Oxford Circus and Northern Line to Bank - both 10 minutes)

The property overlooks communal gardens and is next to a Tesco Express, cafés and a Gym. Nearby, there's a great local pub/restaurant, The Canton Arms, as well as Kennington and Vauxhall Park.
