The flat is suitable for 4 people to share (each person will have their own room). There are 3 double rooms and one single -the rooms are available as individual lets. The tenancy is from a date to be agreed with a termination date of the 3rd September 2021. The rent for each double bedroom (with single person occupancy) is £595/month and the single bed room £495/month) Please note that two of the double rooms are now occupied. 

The shared bills are likely to work out at about £15.00 person/week -this is added to the monthly rent. The shared costs include: High speed cable Wi-Fi, electricity, water/sewage, heating /hot water, TV etc. The actual cost of the shared bills are reconciled at the end of the tenancy and if the £15.00 /person /week paid over 12 months exceeds the total annual cost, there will be a rebate to each occupant -conversely if the actual total bills are greater than the total amount paid, an additional payment may be required from each tenant. 

All prospective tenants will be required to provide references and a letter from a Guarantor undertaking to pay the rent in the event that the tenant fails to do so.
