The flat itself is just 4 minutes walk to Bermondsey station with access to the Jubilee line. It is also directly beside the beautiful Southwark Park and about a 15 minute walk to London Bridge. It also a 5 minute walk from the jubilee river walkway for running/cycling through London's landmarks.

The floorspace of the room is approximately 8.37 m^2 or 90 square feet with dimensions 3.1m x2.7m approx.

The room comes with double bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers and has ample space for a desk for working from home along with closet and chest of drawers for storage(Note the desk in the video is being removed by the previous tenant).

The house itself has a separate kitchen and living area with shared bathroom with waterfall shower on the groundfloor.

The two other current housemates are a male and female young professionals and are looking for similar housemates.
