The flat has a second bedroom which will be occupied by a male in his mid-20s who has just moved to London from Dublin for work.

The flat has a large shared kitchen/living room which is fully furnished and modern, with a new kitchen which was fitted just over a year ago.

The flat also has a balcony which has a lovely view over the Thames and Canary Wharf.

The underfloor heating is nice on the feet too.
