Room in a Shared Flat, Silesia Buildings, E8

*ROOM FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY*

I am looking for a flatmate for my spare double room, in a recently decorated flat (including your room) and newly refurbished bathroom. I’m still buying things, so the walls are a bit bare in the photos. I am looking for just 1 person (sorry, no couples!).

I have owned/lived here for 9yrs and love the flat and the area!

The room is furnished (bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, shelves, mirror).

I am 36yrs old and have 2 fluffy roomies (pics attached), who are adorable. They mostly keep to themselves, but do like lots of love and patience. So you will need to very much like cats. :-)

It’s relatively quiet as we are away from the main road (mare street). Parking permits available.

If you are new to the area...you are in for a treat! There’s a number of green spaces and parks close by, inc. London Fields, Well St Common and Victoria park. More coffee shops and cafes than you can shake a stick at, a lot of easy transport connections (bus, overground, train and Bethnal Green is 20min walk away for the underground) and of course there’s Broadway Market that has a buzzing market on the weekend.

The flat is open plan living and I WFH. 

The flat has a calm, homely, peaceful vibe, so would like a friendly, considerate, tidy flatmate to enjoy it with.
