This 2 bedroom (south-facing) flat has a shared bathroom and living room/kitchen, with a huge balcony that goes all the way around the property, overlooking lots of greenery. Concierge and bike storage included. No designated car park.

12 month contract. (Agency says no 6-month break-clauses accepted).

Location is brilliant - opposite DLR and overground:
- Greenwich (4 mins)
- London Bridge (8 min)
- Peckham (9 min)
- Canary Wharf (16 min)
- Charing Cross (19 min)

There is a Sainsbury’s Local and Asda over the road as well as Lewisham Shopping Centre and Puregym (5 min walk).

Bills: gas/electricity and water varies monthly but wifi and council tax is consistent at £11/month and ~£70/month each.

I am looking for a working professional who ideally goes full time to the office. I work in finance based in Canary Wharf :)


About me:

I’ve been here for a year and love it - my current flatmate (teacher, 30) is sadly moving out of London for a new job.

I’m also a (marathon) runner 🏃🏻♀️, often out and about for that and to meet friends. I leave London some weekends to visit family. Very occasionally have people round and would always communicate this in advance!

Background is Japanese/German/British (also lived in Madrid)!

As a flatmate I am super clean and respectful of personal space - most important thing to me is to get along well and keep a calm environment here as life in the outside world can be hectic!
