I am going on holiday and want to sub-let my room in Canada Water for 6 weeks from 19th April till 31st May, when the lease ends. Will accept a tenant for less than the full 6 weeks if that suited better.

The room:
- Big room
- Lots of natural light
- Comes furnished with bed, mattress, desk, chair, and computer monitors

- Access to the balcony from the room
- Wardrobe & chest of draws in the room are full of my clothes which I will retrieve at the end of the tenancy
- I have some boxes of stuff put to the side in the room which I will also retrieve at the end of the tenancy

Transport:
- 6 min walk to Canada Water Jubilee & Overground station
- 8 min walk to Surrey Quays Overground station

Shared Areas:
- Modern flat
- Lots of natural light
- Open-plan communal kitchen, dining area, and living room
- Bathroom is shared with one other housemate
- 9kg washing machine
- Large storage room used for drying clothes

Current Housemates:
- 2 professionals in mid-late 20’s
- Housemate 1: Work from home 3 days, 2 days in office
- Housemate 2: Often away on business trips, WFH when here
- Generally keep busy with gym/run/socialising
- Spend evenings watching TV when have a night off
