Sadly, our lovely flatmate is moving out so we have a double *furnished* room available from the 1st of April. We have made an effort to make this homely and hope that we can find someone who is looking for the same!
The room
Included are the double bed, the wardrobe, a set of drawers, and a bedside table - The room is available at the beginning of April but we are flexible so let us know.
The flat
This is a three-bedroom flat. The third bedroom has an en-suite so you will only be sharing the family bathroom (which is massive by the way) with only one other person!
There is a washing machine and a dining area in the common spaces and the living room opens up to our spacious balcony. There is also access to our enclosed communal garden below, which our apartment faces (so we don’t get any of the noisy traffic from the main road).
The location
The location of the flat is fab, we are very well connected and super close to central. Limehouse station is a 5 min walk away and there are 2 bus stops right outside our building that runs for 24 hours. Boris bikes are also around the corner. We are also 2 mins away from a Tesco, 7 min from Lidl, and 15 min from Waitrose & M&S (for the days you’re feeling bougie). Mile end park is just 15 minutes away which makes for a great walk up to Victoria park (30 mins).
Flatmates
You will be living with Giaan (she/her), and Marine (she/her) – we are both in our mid-20s to early 30s and very chill. We enjoy film nights and dinner together (also an occasional Dishoom brekkie) but also appreciate our own space so it’s a great balance of the two.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly.
No smokers, please.
Also, due to extensive checks run by A2 Dominion (the company we are renting from), we cannot accept students, people who are currently unemployed, or people who have been self-employed for less than 3 years and cannot offer 3 years of proof of revenue with HMRC.
