A spacious Double room is available to move in from the first week of April. Its a 2 bed 2 bath flat with stunning view of river Thames. I live in the ensuite room and the common bathroom will be used solely by you. So basically, you will have your own private bathroom.
Kitchen and living room will be shared. Living room has a comfy sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and a big Sony TV (Sky+ ultrafast broadband is available -- bills not included).
The double room has a king size bed, a beautiful brand-new wardrobe, bedside table, study table and a chest of drawers. you will get sunshine during the day as the flat is south and west facing.
Gallions Reach DLR station and Co-operative store is less than 2 mins walk. There is a bus stop within 2 mins walk as well. Very convenient, quiet and beautiful place for people who work in Canary wharf area or in Central London. A pub, coffee shop and grocery store are also in the apartment complex, very close to London city airport.
Bedsheet, pillow cover, duvet, duvet cover, mattress protector etc will be provided. no visitors, no parties allowed. Rent negotiable. bills not included.
