Room in a Shared Flat, Royal College Street, NW1

We are 3 university students, all girls (19-21), that are looking to rent out this spacious double room in Camden Town from the end of February (move-in date can be flexible) until the end of August. The bedroom is on the top floor of the flat, and it is furnished with a desk, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. It is the only bedroom on that floor, with only the communal area upstairs. The flat has one bathroom, which is shared by all flatmates, and a kitchen and living space with a balcony. 

The location is great as the flat is a 1-minute walk from Camden Town overground station, and an under 10-minute walk to Camden Town tube station, and there are also multiple bus routes minutes away. There are a lot of amenities close by such as Camden High Street, Camden Market, Sainsbury’s supermarket, and there are a lot of activities to do as Camden is such a vibrant area.

The rent is £1068 per month, bills not included. Our bills add up to a maximum of around £50 per month each (gas, electricity, WiFi, and water). As we are all students, we do not pay council tax, but the property is band D. There is also a security deposit payment as we all paid one at the beginning of our tenancy, but this would be given back to you at the end as there would be no damages to the property.

As flatmates, we’re all very friendly, respectful, and tidy! We love spending time together, but all also enjoy our quiet, private time. We are ideally looking for another student to move in as a student would suit all of our lifestyles, and we would still not have to pay council tax. We would preferably like someone a similar age to us, however we have no gender preference.
