Hello, I am a live out landlord and I have a double bedroom available from 14th May 2024 in my well kept and modern 9th floor apartment in Islington, right next to the Emirate Stadium.
 
There are 2 double bedrooms in the apartment. The double bedroom available comes with a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe, and study desk. The bathroom is spacious with a bath tube.  The windows in the bedroom are double glazed, so the room is quiet and ideal for working from home. From the windows there is a nice view to the Emirates Stadium.  The other room is occupied by a male professional working in Canary Wharf. 

The apartment is in immaculate condition. The open plan kitchen comes with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, electric hob, dishwasher and wine cellar. The living room has a 55 inch smart Samsung TV, Ikea sofa bed, large wooden dining table, coffee table. From the window there is a fantastic view of the Emirates Stadium.

Other amenities include washing machine, underfloor heating, 24 hours gym on the ground floor, as well as 24 hours Concierge service.

Holloway Road tube station (Piccadilly line) is 5 minutes walk away. Highbury fields park is 10 minutes walk, and Upper Street is 15 minutes walk. There is also a direct train to the City from Drayton Park station, which is 2 minutes walk away . Bus 43 also takes you directly to the City and London Bridge.

There are 2 convenient shops Tesco, and Co-ops nearby. Larger supermarkets including Waitrose, Marks and Spender, Morrisons, Iceland can be found on Holloway Road and it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk.
