There is a private terrace with other neighbors. It is a really quiet place, and really safe.
The flat is in sw7 and you need to walk 3 min for bus station ( hyde park// Albert hall) and 10 min to South kensington station!
Someone is coming every Friday to clean the bathroom and clean your room if you want.
Around this area, you have High Street Kensington, where you can find everything you need, many Museums and Hyde park.
Whole food or Waitrose are in 10 min away.
The rent is 1450£ per months and everything is include (all taxes).
The deposit is 1450£ .
This flat will be available the 13th of March, but I am flexible if you want to come little bit before.
