Double room in a top floor (12th flr) 3 bed apartment in East village sharing with Kumash (34) and Shrujal (30).We have been living here for the past 4 years but our current flatmate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take up his room.

The House.
Huge open plan kitchen and living room with the living room opening to the balcony.

Shrujal has an ensuite bathroom so the family bathroom will be shared.

Kumash is a musician/DJ.
Shrujal is a professional working in marketing.

The Area:
Zone 2 with 3 tube stations within 10 mins walk (Hackney Wick, Stratford International and Stratford) - Central & Jubilee lines, overground lines, DLR and the fast train to Kings Cross. 9 mins to Liverpool Street and 10 mins to Canary Wharf from Stratford.

Westfield is just across the road for shops, cinema and loads of restaurants/pubs. There's a Sainsburys 1 minutes walk away with a cheap gym above (around £30/month) and more bars/restaurants in the East Village complex. Hackney Wick and Victoria Park are a walk away.
