Room in a Shared Flat, Park Road, E15

Double room available in Newham in between Stratford and Upton Park for 1 year lease, renews annually. I am not the landlord I am a current tenant looking for a new housemate. 

Previous housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take over for her in the lease renewal. There’s potential to move in earlier than 13th of April as she probably will fully move out before then but would need to pass the agency's reference checks. 

Location:

Bus stop 2 minutes away will take you to Stratford Station (Zone 2/3 - Jubilee, Central Line, Elizabeth Line, Overground, DLR) in a maximum of 10 minutes.

10 minute walk to Plaistow station (Zone 3 - District and Hammersmith Line)

The flat is close to shops, West Ham park is 2 minutes away and located on a quieter road. It’s easy and fast to get to both Stratford and Upton Park for supermarkets.

Bedrooms are on different levels. The room offered here is on the first floor and mine is upstairs.

The bedroom will only be furnished with a bed and mattress. 

There is my cat in the flat. Unfortunately we’re not allowed any more pets but when she gets to know you she’ll be lovely. She’s just a bit shy at first.

Bills not included - average around £160 each on top of rent (for electricity/gas/water/internet/council tax)

About me:

I’m an office manager and work in my office 5 days a week so I’m not home during the day. I’m quite friendly, just a bit introverted but happy to share a glass of wine and I have most of the streaming services :).
