1 month sublet right next to King's cross

Hi all!
I am looking to sublet my room for 1 month while I'm visiting home from April 15th to May 15th.

The rent is 260£ per week all bills included, and you just need to pay a 200£ deposit.

**Note that preference will be given to females interested to rent for the whole period; however, other applicants will also be considered on a case by case basis.**

The flat is less that 10 minutes walk from King's Cross St Pancreas station, which means you can easily reach almost any part of london (or even world)!

Being centrally located, you have convenient access to all sorts of shops you might need (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi, etc.). With range of cafs, restaurants, and eateries whether in King's cross or c
Camden you can go for a dine in with a 20 minute walk, and delivery apps are a heaven!

British Library is literally a minute away, and you can conveniently go for a walk in Regent's Park. You will have great access to London's more touristic area, and still have the privilege of being away from the chaos!

You will be living with my 2 lovely flatmates (female) who are chilled and easy going. You also can access all shared areas within the flat (bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garden). Just note that one of my flatmates work from home, so you should be considerate during working hours.

With all these points, this room is a gem for a short stay!!!
