I'm a very tidy guy and I'd expect my roomy / roomies to be the same in shared areas. Office workers preferred just due to space constraints. Expats welcome!
Couples are welcome to reach out but just a heads up that rent would be £1200 a month for the room.
Parking currently being rented out for £80 so that will come off rent unless you need the spot.
The landlord is cool with me making the call but tenants need to have references and proof of UK employment!
