I am a 41 year old professional male originally from Northern Ireland. I work in Canary Wharf as a Client Relationship Manager and work from home 2 to 3 days a week. I am a quiet respectful person who enjoys exercising and a sociable drink.

I have lived in this apartment for 6 years and it's a great area to live.
I have permission from the landlord and the management agency to find a replacement for the tenant who is moving out. The management company has stated that the individual moving in will have to undergo their background checks.
