Hyelm Old Street is at 43 New North Road, London, N1

Right in the heart of London, our Old Street development is less than half a mile from the nearest tube with excellent transport links to the City and West End.

Shoreditch and Hoxton – some of London’s liveliest spots – are a short walk away with great shopping and whatever you fancy in the way of entertainment.

Monthly charge includes rent, council tax, electricity and water.

The flats group privately accessed en-suite rooms around a shared kitchen and lounge.

The superbly furnished ensuite bedroom has its own double bed and is furnished to a high standard. Rooms are wired for phone and internet subscription.

The communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas have everything you need (fridge, freezer, oven, storage space) and are great social spaces to enjoy with friends.

We offer flexible rents with an initial 2 year tenure (up to a maximum of 5 years), but you can leave with a month’s notice at any time after the first 6 months.
