I am looking for someone (student only) to take over the lease starting June 2024.

The contract is valid until September 7, 2024.

The period is negotiable. 

The ensuite is on the 2nd floor and comes with a double bed, study desk, chair, and ample storage space. You will also have access to a fully functional shared kitchen and a dishwasher. 

Scape Canada Water provides several amenities, including a 24/7 well-equipped gym and cinema room, two common rooms, study spaces and a library, mini-golf, basketball court, and a friendly community of students.

The location is convenient:

• 5-minute walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee line and Overground) and Sainsbury’s Local.
• 1-minute walk to the Co-op food store which is soon to be opened (right next to the Scape building)
• 6-minute walk to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre which has a Tesco Extra, Superdrug, Boots, Burger King, and many more shops.
• a lot of activities nearby within a 10-minute walk such as Hollywood Bowl, ODEON, and JD Weather spoons.

The area is considered safe and vibrant, with plenty of green spaces and docks around.
