Room in a Shared Flat, Maud Street, E16

This is a modern two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment located in East London (very close to beautiful Greenwich). There are cafes, restaurants and gyms in the immediate vicinity of the building. The flat is also walking distance (15 minutes) to the Thames. Public transport  (the London tube/underground/subway) is 5 minutes away by foot and will take you to central London in under 20 minutes. You will be sharing the flat with another female (in her 30s) who is clean, polite and often away for work trips. I will be in Cairo for the summer and am looking for someone to take over my room. You will also have your private bathroom. I am looking for a female sub-tenant who will commit to keeping the place tidy and is respectful. The flat really is usually as clean as it looks in the photos. My flatmate and I would like to keep it this way.
