Cosy Double Room in Tooting Broadway!

Cosy double room in a 2 bed flat. Room comes furnished with wardrobe, double bed, and bedside table.

You will be sharing with my flatmate Peter, a 29 year old male who is a working professional, sociable, and easy to get along with. He is hoping to share with someone that is friendly and sociable, but also enjoys their alone time.

Peter is a clean and responsible guy (nothing extreme) so someone that cleans after themselves in the communal areas would be suitable.

The building is a quiet residential block of flats so it would suit a calm working professional.

Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern Line) is a 5 minute walk away from the flat and there are also multiple bus routes along the high street. There is lots to do in the area and great transport links for commuting. We are also in the Wandsworth council tax band which is one of the cheapest in London.

Apologies but no pets allowed as per landlord request.

Deposit to be paid is 5 weeks rent.
